| For many years, our office mailed "quarterly update letters" to owners of property in South Gulf Cove and the Rotonda communities. This is an extension of those letters, and allows both current property owners, and those who may be interested in purchasing in our area, to see how current market conditions may be changing. Here you will find all the local MLS sales activity, of vacant land, in the area. Each report shows activity for the month stated. However, all monthly updates will be available for a full year, so you will be able to refer back to previous reports. At the end of the year, we will combine all the updates for that year into one file. Each report shows all the SOLD and PENDING* transactions that occurred in the given timeframe. **By request, our updates now includes sales activity of vacant lots in Rotonda West** Waterfront properties, in each community, are shown in blue. *Please note that until a transaction closes, we do not know the actual sales price. However, this information should appear on a future report, once the sale is closed. |
